Neighbors Violating the Covenants of the Subdivision? Bringing the Property Values down? Let our Property Manager know by completing this form. Our Property Manager will notify your neighbor and follow-up to make sure they are in compliance with the covenants.

Per Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1242 and A.R.S. § 33-1803) any complaint lodged with the Association will NOT remain anonymous. The person complaining of the alleged violation must state their first and last name and this information will be sent to the party who is accused of the violation.

Please note that pursuant to Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1242 and A.R.S. § 33-1803) any complaint lodged is recorded, and if requested by the accused, we are bound by state law to disclose the complainant.
