Neighbors Violating the Covenants of the Subdivision? Bringing the Property Values down? Let your Property Manager know by completing this form. Your Property Manager will notify your neighbor and follow-up to make sure they are in compliance with the covenants as allowed in the governing documents and violation policy.
According to Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1242 and A.R.S. § 33-1803), any complaint filed with the Association cannot be anonymous. The individual reporting the alleged violation must provide their full name, which will then be disclosed to the accused party upon request, in accordance with state statute.
It’s important to emphasize that under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 33-1242 and A.R.S. § 33-1803), all complaints are documented, and if the accused party follows state protocol by sending a certified letter requesting the identity of the complainant, we are obligated by law to provide this information.
Incomplete forms may prevent the Association from taking any further action.
